Great job on the bench! you have really been hitting it hard. There is something about that 405that gets us all pumped up. I guess it really looks cool when the bar is loaded.

3-10-12 SLP Meet St. Johns MI Bench Press Warm ups 135-5 225-3 275-2 315-1 345-1 1st 375 easy 2nd 405 felt real good 3rd 420 miss grooved it and hit it way to high on my chest. Deadlift Warm ups 135-5 225-3 315-1 405-1 1st 475 a bit tight 2nd 520 felt better 3rd 540 felt the lightest of all. New State record. Had a real good day, lots of fun. Just a bit dissapointed about my 420 bench try but that was a leaning experience. The guy who took my deadlift State record away was there but he didn't deadlift. We talked about it good nature like, so when I got the attempt I held the bar and told him about it.
