Thanks Buckeye - I guess a little of both. My activity has been all over the place....lifting, running, stair running, track sprints, heavy bag workouts. etc.
Haven't had any motivation, so my co-worker and I have set up a friendly bench competition. We both train together and are running the same 5/4/3/2/1 cycle through August. My goal is to hit 305-315 by Aug 31. His goal is to bench 365.
We're also running a 5K race in August. My goal is a 7:30 min per mile pace. We'll see.

Not sure where I'm going with my training, but my lack of motivation has been bothering me lately. I also don't look like I train anymore. That stinks....and will change.
