Tricep pushdown - doubled mini x 14 x 14
Pushups - x 20 x 20 x 20 x 20
Theraband shoulder work - green x 30 each way
Shoulder horn - green theraband x 20 x 20
Will do the last bench session friday but wanted to get some light tricep and shoulder stuff in quick tonight.

Good idea on the weight. Now you can concentrate on being at your peak and ready to lift without all the pitfalls associated with droping too much weight. Looking forward to those big numbers!
