Well I did not get to go to the Tri- state championships like I wanted to, I had to put the wifes car in the shop and I dropped $600+, and my truck is suddanly in bad shape so I could not take it for a 2hr 45 min joint, it is going to the shop in a few days.
back to bp training. Monday: had a not so good day only worked up to a double with 300 it was scheduled for a triple I did not do my other sets as i felt like crap.
Tuesday: worked outside all day in the sun, I was mad about my bp from yesterday so I went back to the gym today to do it again.
275x2 shirt did not touch 315x2 shirt dnt 335x2 shirt dnt 345x2 shirt dnt
changed in to a newer shirt 275x2 dnt 295x2 dnt 315x2 dnt 335x2 dnt
I only had my wife to spot me so I could not go heavy, and I did not want to go to heavy anyway considering I benched yesterday.
on to 2 board press raw 225x2 paused 245x2 paused 275x2 paused 295x1 paused 315x1 paused
dips 2 sets of 16
pushdowns 3 sets of 10 pretty heavy
then guess what on the way home I hit a deer in my wifes car I had just spent that six hundred + on.

Man when it rains it sure does pour. Keep your head up man. Little speed bumps in life to test us. There will be other meets and a bad workout with all the other things you have on your mind happens. You and your wife will look back on this someday and laugh. For now enjoy the Venison!

Echo Chancey. There will be other meets. 600 bucks on the car and a truck that isn't trustworthy do not a good meet experience make.....
Take the rest of the week off and come back next week refreshed and focused. Then kick some boody in the gym.

well shirted up agin yesterday morning
worked up to a paused 367 than hit a paaused 392
I have not been training for a shirt as of late and I am not on any real routine at the moment, so I was not expecting to even get that much, there is a meet about 20 min from my house Sunday so I might might hit it.
I have got what I think is a good raw program ironed out ready to start soon. I hope to do my first full power In October, I have done push and pulls and Bench onlys and I got the full power bug bitting me now.
