Good gosh, I just broke a sweat! Man, for this not to be an "event lift" day, you sure put in one heckuva workout! Lots of core work, looks great!
Florida = 1600
That's some math I worked up for you, Thomas. :')
God Bless!

Thanks for the math. Im coming to florida to kill some weight. Im going to chear my head off for everyone that steps on the platform. Im so pumped I wish it was this week. LOL Well just did some bench work. I did 315 3 sets of 10 with 4 different grips and some push downs with rope 125x10x3 and called it quits. The shoulders feel great but im not going to push it. Im so close but so far I dont want to get hurt. Im so impressed with the new supplements. I also went to the lab today to get a screen to make sure that there is nothing that I started taking that will come up. I want the numbers to be posted and judged. All this work time and effort. I want to bury that first squat so deep my rear hits the floor. Im so pumped tonight. Well got to go guys pizza and MOUNTAIN DUE is here. LOL one cheat meal never hurt. Thank you for the support. I hope that I wont disapoint any one in Florida. I would much rather have these numbers in a judged meet than just talk about them. Later guys.

Pace yourself! If the meet's not until December, don't mentally peak too soon. It's early, and too tempting to get psyched up in July..... Your 1665 is already there, and you have 4-1/2 months to PERFECT your form AND add some more serious strength. Don't even think about the meet again until you are starting your cycle up TO the meet.
Pizza and a MD, you speak my language!
God Bless!

I love the enthusiasm! Makes me want to skip work and toss around a little iron!
Dougs right on point though about pacing yourself. Contrary to poplular belief this is a thinking mans game (as I'm finding out).

The are feeling strong but man one wrong hand off and Im back to hurting. What do you guys like to train to music wise? I like god smack, top gun soundtrack and Rocky sound track. I took tonight off. Im going to do some squats tommorow. Does anyone know when the results from the ohio meet will be posted?
