Nice squatting Rick. What's a manta ray squat?

Hey Rockman. Go here: www.mantaraysquat.com/ It places the bar higher....sort of like a high bar squat. Westside used to recommend this as a max effort exercise. I think they opt for SSB and cambered bar stuff now.

I see what you mean about the squat and deadlift routines looking alike, Rick. Mighty fine work! That was a KILLER set of deads the other day, and some fine squatting to boot.
God Bless!

Well yesterday was the day.
The twin boys arrived at 4pm yesterday!
Tyler weighed in at 5.5 lbs and Luke weighed in at 4.6 lbs. Both are very healthy, however Luke will be in the ICN for a few days. His placenta was failing him the last week or two and he wasn't doing so well. He's having blood sugar issues right now. Everything does look promising once this is stabilized. The wife is doing great as well.
I won't be posting (or training) for 2-3 weeks, but wanted to pop in and share the great news.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
TWO bundles of joy! That is awesome! I think everyone will understand about the 2-3 week "deload" you have coming up.
I sure hope the doctors will take most excellent care of the little fellas, especially Luke. MANY prayers brother!
God Bless!

Thank you! Any prayer for Luke would be appreciated. He is still in the neonatal intensive care. We are dead tired. Almost zilch sleep since last weds.
