tricep pushdowns 3 x8-15 with 90#
power sqaut worked to 6 reps with 600
glute ham raises 2 sets abs off g/h 2 sets hyperext with mini band 2 sets
right now im at work drinking a mon duei amp overdrive.

pauses thosand 1 press!!!! 275x5 295x5 opener for meet 325x1
band rear delts 2 sets tri pushdowns/90 2 sets ab/low back work 2 sets

competition pauses 300x5 pr 330x3 pr
delt work front raises, laterals, rotators, band pullaparts supersetted with band pushdowns

ab, hyperext, and rev hyper work core
Mon Dew I smell blood in water. 3 weeks to the big show!!!!

That is a super nice looking bench workout. Strong 1 board work - just a measly 1.5" off your chest. Sweet pause work as well. Good finish on the delts. Keep it all strong and healthy.

AWESOME benching Sauble! A PR and enough in the tank to go UP 10 pounds for a dang near double! SWEET!!!!!!!
On that whole toe benching thing. I don't know how high on your toes yall have been training, but if at all possible, set up with your toes like they have been and try to drive your heels to the floor, and lift your big toe off the ground, all at the same time. If you can do that and keep your tail on the bench, you ought to have as tight a setup as before, and drive through the heels instead of the toes. NOT until after Richmond, though. :')

doug its not me i was fighting for i bench on my feet flat driving from my heel its my 165,275 and 308 who bench on their toes. just hated to see them lose 10-15 pounds due to a technicality.

last heavy workout 2 board 135x10 225x10 315x10 365x5 385x3 425x1 440x0 my partner hit a 450 x2 holy crap!!!! lasy year he was hitting 335 to the chest
to the chest 315x4 paused help with 5 365x1 pr moderately hard feel good for about 375 at meet. assistance work
well ill hit weighted pullups on wednesday then last workout on sat just to an opener then assistance work then lots of food and sleep for friday. me and my team are ready to roll.
