Just got done with work out. I didnt get to read the board nailed every rep tonight. Just to much work yesterday. Im going to put in a light week this week. Im going 70% of what I was using on all lifts. At about 11 weeks out im going to start maxing then put a projected max of about 60lbs more and start at 50% for 10 then 55% for 9 and so on.

Well went to gym tonight to meet new partner. Called in sick. At least he called. I warmed up on the bench hit the tread mill came home eating chilli soup. Im going to take a week off. Shoulder is flairing up and body feels like it is not recovering. I started to take creatine burst instead of just straight creatine. I dont feel that with this supplement im making any gains near what I was making.

Good idea. It's a constant battle between lifting heavy and keeping the body healthy. I think the rest will do you some good. Get those shoulders healthy and continue your assualt.

Did some cardio tonight. Started taking Mega men sport supplement from gnc and feeling great today but no lifting till next week. Merry x=mas to all.

Ok ready to go tonight. Santa brought me some new toys and im ready to lift. Squat 135x5 Squat 225x5 Squat 315x5 Squat 315x5x3 With 80lbs of chain Leg extentions 200x10x3 Leg curls 175x10x3 calf raises 320x10x3 Ab crunches 1 set to max Leg raises 1 set to max side bends 45lbs 1 set each side to max This is the game plan. Im looking forward to seeing you guys at nationals in June. Does any one know of the date yet and location? I probably wont go to bench only but will be at powerlifting for sure.
