ME lower body
Good mornings 115x3x1 135x3x1 145x3x1 165x1x1 175x1x1 PR Squat 225x5x1 205x5x1 185x5x2 Suitcase Deadlift 125x5x1 115x5x1 Stiff legged deadlift 205x5x1 185x5x1
On a sidenote, the suitcase deadlift is probably one of the most brutal forms of physical activity I have done in life. it helps my deadlift alot I suggest trying it.

Nice workout! Congrats on the PR on your good mornings. Those are no fun!
If those suitcase deads are any more brutal than the chains, I want no part of it!
:')
Have a great weekend, and God Bless.

You may have missed your PR but on the whole it looks like you are getting stronger. Must be those suitcase deadlifts.

Well I for one would be quite pleased with a CG like that! Once in a great while I'm able to go over 225. I expect those chains to start helping soon, though.
I like the looks of those drop sets on the curls. I might have to try that approach next week.
God Bless.

Not drop set though, I just always do my heaviest stuff first, with the exception of the main core exercise which in this case was the close grip.
