I'm a new lifter and I'm not familiar with the do's and dont's when it comes to purchasing a singlet for the 100% raw powerlifting federation. I read the rules, but I'm still lost. Is the Titan classic non-supportive(double crotch) acceptable. This is a one ply singlet. I'm just confused about the crotch.

From the 100% RAW Rulebook:
1. A non-supportive singlet of any color is required for all state, national and world meets. Straps must be worn over the shoulders during the performance of a lift. The lifting singlet shall consist of a one piece full-length suit of one-ply stretch material without any additional patches, padding or stitching that forms a panel, which may add additional support to the garment. Singlets made of denim, canvas or include buttons, straps or Velcro is not permitted.
I just spoke with Paul Bossi - the president of he federation - about this. Titan makes several singlets. The Basic or the Triumph lines would be legal in our fed but the Classic with the double crotch would not be. The rules specifically state that the entire suit must be one-ply with no additional panels.
