Squat 135 x 5,5 260 x 4,4 350 x 3 440 x 2 490 x 1 530 x 1 580 x 1 495 x 6 Got a wild hair and decided to hit a failure set here. Mistake! I felt a hard pinch in my left hamstring coming out of the hole on #6. Had to skip my deads.
Bench 135 x 8 185 x 6 225 x 4 275 x 2 325 x 1 355 x 1 305 x 3

Hey 3speed it's been a while.......just thought i would check out your training log and saw you had squatted 2 days in a row gulp you must be a glutten for punishment hope the hamstrings not to bad.

Thanks treders. I had actually squatted 17 in a row. They were all the same within a few pounds - just really short on time lately. Been hammering the hamstring. Planning to start squatting again today keeping it to 5 days a week.
