If he wants to get strong, he needs to drop the weight back and work on full range of motion. Those are half squats - at best.

I agree with 3 speed. I don't think he had full control of the weight at ant time during that movement. Form first, weight second. I don't want to see him needing surgery before he is 21.

Looking good..but i agree with dbunch, i too not want to see him under gone a surgery. As a lifter you have to claim up gradually with weights.
