I work nights and I have been working out in the evening before work, but lately I have been enjoying work outs in the morning before I head home to bed. The problem Im having is I dont want to take in any caffiene so close to bed time, I can rest an hour or so before I hit the hay just to wind down but otherwise if I have caffine type products I can lay there for hours starring at the ceiling. Other than returning to evening workouts is there anything you guys might know of that can give me a rush of energy for a couple of hours in the morning which wont leave me sleepless hours later?

Maybe try 5 hour energy? Not sure if they have that stuff outside the US, but I'm sure there are similar things to it where you are.
I don't know whether it will keep you up the way coffee does (it does still contain caffeine like coffee....), but it's a suggestion nonetheless!

I hit the gym in the evening this time, I guess I will stick to what I know. (coffee barroca and creatine) makes your guts hate you and want to come out you mouth, only to come out your bum later.
