Training 26/07/15 Squat warm up with 100kg, 120kg x bout 10 each went 2x1@140, 2x1@160, 2x1@170, 2x1@180, 1x1@190, 1x1@200kg Nice to hit 200 again, though from about 170kg onwards the form started to go a little south of cheese. the 190 and 200 just about turned in to a couple of good mornings on the way back up. I was really concentrating on seeing if I could bury them as much as possible. Had to laugh I ended up doing so much better with the 200 then I did the 190. Bench Conventional 5x5@120kg (paused 3 count) Incline 5x5 60,60,80,80,80kg ( mid range grip / 2 count lowering / explosive) Incline 2x5 90kg ( explosive / wide grip) Standing Military press 5x5 60,60,60,70,70kg (paused / explosive) Lat p/dwns and Tri work.
