Legs Squat machine free weight apparatus warmup increased by 90-180 lbs each set until reached 1100 lbs + 6-8 sets of singles..deep all way to bottom
free weight squats
Deep working sets of 315...paused at bottom....sets of 3-6 reps....sat in hole at bottom for more than 5 seconds each rep.

Have been working out...just havent been able to log in due to working my tail off in 2-3 jobs. My lifts are all going well...except for my chest workouts...they are really sucking... I am up to working out with 170-180 lbs on standing curls...sets of 5....pretty happy with that....I also am up to 315 for sets of 6-8 on bent over rows...feels good and is really developing my back....any comments or critiques for me? thanks in advance

Been a long time since I have been able to sit down and log on. I have been working out, just been working with my two full time jobs...Summer is the worst...
Bench Competition pause- 3 sets of 315 (felt it due to two chest workouts yesterday)
Standing Curls
Working sets-160lbs X 7 sets of 6 120lbsX 1 set of 10
Just started back with hitting my chest numerous days in a row...sometimes 2 times in one day...not to exhaustion..just a lot of singles, triples, and 5's......everything paused

Shoulders Used machine seated press...stack of 250 plus added 35 lb plate hanging from apparatus and 40 of rubber extra weights... 6 sets of 8...tough
08-09-2014 Saturday Stinking day in the gym...beat...heat still at 93 degrees at 9 o'clock everynight killing me...
Bent over rows Warmup 6 sets of 6-8 with 225 lbs...not great but something

Close grip tricep press/from bench/prone position
200 lbs...3 sets of 8....
Bicep curls/curl bar with 2 inch gripz attached
worked up to 140 X 5 sets of 5
