Quarter squats worked up to 6 singles at 635. felt like death on my shoulders, but moved alright.
Bench 305 3x3 (185 on the bar, 120 swinging from bands. VERY unstable)
Deficit deadlift 185 3x10. (harder than they should have been. I'm going to keep these at the end. I had a pump in placed I didn't know existed and was breathing way harder than I should from doing ANYTHING with 185)

High bar squat up to 495x1. Actually a PR, moved easily though.
Quarter squats from pins 635 for 5 singles. easier than yesterday already.
Dead bench (pins set about 2 inches off chest) up to 415 for 2 singles. better than 405 a few workouts ago.
RDL 185 3x10

@buckeye - i've been training. I switched to daily training, but consequently not much happens on a daily basis worth reading.
some updates though:
smoked a 4 plate bench. felt great
squatted 545. felt good for a double
working on my overhead press a lot, because I am terrible at it
tried zerchers earlier this week. they destroyed me.
weight is sitting at 215. still deciding whether I want to go 198 or 220 this summer.

snatch - worked up to 135
dead bench from chest - worked up to 385 for 2 singles, barely missed 405. it moved off the pins, but then stalled.
dead squat from the hole - worked up to 455x1. 20 pound PR
overhead press lockout (from top of head) - worked up to 265 for 2 singles with a 10 second hold at the top

Nice lifts ! When you say " daily training" what exactly does this mean? Are you training each lift daily?

yep! I did something similar last year, too. What is seems like is that if I spend a whole year slogging away and do a good job building my work capacity, I can take a month or two and go crazy and max just about every day and get big strength gains. Actually, I'm starting the deload from that right now. Once I start getting aches and pains, I know it's time to dial it back and train sanely again.
One thing I found is that doing heavy concentric work isn't nearly as taxing as doing full lifts, but the strength benefits are even better than doing the full lifts, at least in the short run. For example, I was training pin press from chest level and dead squat from pins set at full depth at least 3-4 times per week, always going up to a 1rm. My maxes went up 40 pounds for the pin press and 90 pounds for the dead squat, and i'd estimate that they benefitted my contest lifts by about 30 pounds apiece.

hit 405x2 a couple days ago.
today hit a PR squat 495x2 high bar with a rep or two to spare.
pulled 555. felt solid.

PR overhead press 185x2 (hangs head in shame...)
1 arm barbell snatch of 125
solid 2 board at 425.
taking it a day at a time. weight is still in the 210-215 range. i want to keep it here so when i do compete, i can either coast in at 220 or have a manageable cut to 198.

hit a high bar squat PR of 525.
more practice deadlifts at 505
bench up to 405, just building confidence
barbell snatches with 95, just because they're fun

How do I get so behind?! In recent event, I benched 425 today, squatted 495x3 high bar, and 1 arm barbell snatched 135. everything's still progressing nicely.
