I am training to hopefully do one of these soon. I am 230lbs and my SC is 145. I feel like i can do more I just have never really trained it.
Also do you guys prefer to use the thicker EZ curl (30lb) or the standard EZ (17lbs). I have a much easier time with the bigger bar for some reason.

I would think that if you train for it you could hit somewhere around 160lbs. I prefer to use the thicker bar; I have competed with both but the thicker one fit my mitts better.
