Hi - Squat sets include everything. I am running Wendler's 531 Beginner routine (Squat 2x, Bench 2x, Pull 1x -- per week). I typically run the ladder (backoff sets) for more volume, but didn't have the energy last night. There would generally be 1-2 more sets after the top set, which would have been 260x3 followed by 230x5.
My goals are to get to a 400lb squat, 300lb bench, 500 deadlift. I currently weight 195....about 10lbs higher then I want to weigh.

Keep it up. It's good to see some consistancy. I have not been consistant at all since Thanksgiving. Trying to get back in order this week.
