i'd post workout by workout, but it's pretty bleh. too many reps, not enough weight for my liking, but i am making improvements

thanks buckeye!
getting back into front squats, 295x8 today, tying an old PR
also hit a PR 275x8 RDLs. I realized how awful I am at them and have decided to make a concerted effort to bring them up. I think they'll help my posture and hamstring engagement on deadlifts a lot.

I can't remember the last time I did front squats but do remember I hated them. Great job! You have'nt mentioned it lately but is your girlfriend still hitting the gym?

thanks guys!
@buckeye - lyndsey is still lifting with me. she plateaued at a 185 squat, 115 bench, and 260 deadlift (missed 275 due to grip, but was strong enough to pull it). now we're building back up her work capacity with some higher rep stuff, and hopefully she'll peak even higher next time!
btw - DC is no more! first 6 week cycle was awesome! I put on 15 pounds with very little change in bodyfat. however, after starting my second cycle, I hit a wall and hit it hard. Taking 9-15 sets to failure every workout is just too much for me for an extended period of time. I'll definitely keep it in mind though as a way to put on some quality size in a hurry though. Just at the moment with classes, an unpredictable sleep cycle, and food intake at the mercy of the cafeteria, it's just too much for me to stay on long-term.
