crust: 1 handful of almonds, ground 1/2 stick of butter 1 egg cinnamon 3 tbsp splenda flax meal (add until the mixture gets to a consistency you can spread across the pie tin)
filling 3 eggs 1 24 oz. package of cottage cheese 1/2-1 cup of splenda (depending on your sweet tooth) 2-4 tbsp cocoa powder (depending how chocolatey you want it)
bake the crust on 325 for 8 minutes, pour in the filling, and bake for 30-45 minutes.
