here's a recipe i really enjoy for it's versatility.
1 can of tuna 2 whole large eggs oats until it's not super runny your favorite sauces and grilling spices
beat the eggs, add the tuna, mix it up. add oats until it's just thick enough to form into gooey patties (but not dry). add whatever seasoning you think is delicious (i enjoy roasted garlic and herbs burger seasoning and some hot sauce). make sure it's mixed up well. cook in a non-stick pan (or you can fry it if you're looking to bump up a weight class!).
macros: 38g protein 14g fat (4g saturated fat) 28g carbs
390 calories
the amount of carbs can vary based on how many oats you add. the nutrition info is for 1 can of tuna and 2 eggs. i usually double or triple the recipe. it's delicious and very filling.
