still training,but not updating absolutely everything that has been transpiring.I've been doing volume training for bench submaximally but still to near-failure,and yesterday I tested my result to failure with 360.
Here is the result: 360x12
rest of the workout: 10-second pause benches between con/eccentric 275x4 pectoralis minor dips with 60 pounds for 2 sets flyes with 40's extended rom pushups with 30 pounds for 2 sets armwrestling work: sidepressure pulls with lat machine up to 200 pounds
