I am considering a meet on 2/27/2010 with a couple local lifters, so I figured I would start a new log. Have had a couple light injuries lately that have set me back, but I will be ramping back up safely.
Bodyweight 185lbs
Benchpress 135x3 155x3 185x3 205x2 225x2 245x2 260x1 270x1 280x1
40 total chinups
You wouldn't believe my luck. I recently picked up 4 York Barbell 45lb plates, 2 TDS 45lb bumper plates and 2 35lb plates. Free. On the side of the road. Just had to wire brush them and spray paint.

I agree BL. It was a very early Christmas gift.
Last couple of days.... (I've been using the 531 program for some time now)
Deadlift 310x5 350x3 390x3 - taking it easy still. lower back still a bit unstable. will start pushing harder in a week or two.
Stiff Leg Dead 165x3x10
Abs 3x10
************** Benchpress 195x5 210x5 225x10 PR (last PR was 7 reps)

Unbelievable luck on finding the weights somebody could have at least turned them in for scrap, but they are much more valuable to us lifters. Looks like your off and running. Are you a fellow 181er? Seems to be a populated weight class. Good luck.

Lifting in a gym really helps me out. I get a little nervous and pumped up. As much as it stinks, that 285x8 is a PR.

Happy with the 300x6. A rep or two from (form failure). This is the 95% week of 5-3-1. My deload week plays nicely into my schedule since I will be in miami next week.

Not sure about squat and deadlift, but I feel I need to extra volume for benchpress. Definitely good for more reps on 385, but my grip was not holding up. I am used to using chalk and they don't allow it at Golds. It gets really humid in there and the hands get sweaty.
Does anyone know if that liquid chalk works well?

I heard the liquid chalk isn't too bad but I've never used it myself. This is one of the reasons I hate commercial gyms. I suppose loading up the forearms with tacky would be out of the question! ;D

For some reason, I have not been motivated at all lately. Decided to quit fussing about it and go to the gym. Ended up having a good time and am feeling re-energized. I haven't hit 315x5 in quite some time.
