Well here it is. The report many of you have been waiting for. Tribustol. Just a few points to be made. I am a Tribustol user. Not a sales man of the product. I will touch only on the areas that pertain to me and my work outs. Strength, endurance, fat burning, energy, recovery, heart rate, cost. The product makes many claims. Again I will only touch on those that pertain to me. For all other claims, please read the article on the main home page of 100% RAW. Read the article and then read about the product through the order icon. Also on the front page. First I would like to touch on recovery time. My body takes a full 24 hrs of recovery time with the use of common supplements. As most of you know, I never lift light. Some even state I do one body part more in one work out than they do all month. Then the question is. How is a 48+ year old man capable of lifting day in and day out at that rate? I had been doing it before Tribustol, but now with out feeling the fatigue from the day before. The recovery is awesome. I go to my next days work out as if I had the day before off! No joke. If I was to use this product for just one thing, it would be for the recovery. Thankfully there's a lot more to it. Second item I would like to touch on is strength. In three weeks time. I went from fighting a 455 bench to a 525 touch and go. The strength gain is flat out incredible. Now before a competition, I warm up with a 455. That's right, warm up with 455. Just incredible. PLUS my secondary work has all doubled in weight. If you can lift heavy all the time. All there is to do is get stronger and stronger. Third and fourth items. Endurance and heart rate. Since they go together, I'll report on them together. Tribustol makes claims that it helps out runners. Since I am not a runner I can't tell you it will knock off an hour of a Marathon run. What I can tell you is. With my cardio work outs. My endurance gains brought me from a winded 1/2 hour brisk walk, at top end 3.5 miles an hour, to a 4.2 1 hour run. The reason I did this, was to bring my heart rate up to 117. The fat burning rate for my age. If I did not run. I could not get my heart rate up high enough. Tribustol has really helped out with my heart rate and though I have had normal blood pressure. I still managed to improve it. Fifth. Energy. With your reading above you may think my after work out energy would decrease. Not the case. My energy level has gone up. I'm not pooped after the work out. I can still go home and get on with my day. One other thing I need to touch on that I haven't mentioned. My quality of sleep. When its time to go to bed, I sleep. No staring at the ceiling because I'm wired from false stimulants. Tribustol gives me the energy when its needed and lets me relax or sleep when its time. Sixth and seventh. Fat loss and muscle gain. The muscle mass gain was not all that great. Just for one reason. I already have 20 inch biceps. 14 3/4 inch fore arms. 26 inch thighs yada yada. One gain I did have though. A sticky point for me. I went from a 16 inch neck to a 17 1/2. So if your lacking in muscle mass. This product will solve that! The fat loss it self was a strong point. I lost 2 inches off my waist as of before Tribustol, I fought to just keep it were it was. I can see old and young a like loosing vast amounts of useless fat replaced by muscle. Last but most important. Especially these days. COST! When you read about the product, you will notice a price tag that you may think ouch! Not so. What I did is this. I stopped using all other supplements. Except vitamins, fish oil, calcium, vitamin c. Other wise. No protein, or all those other products. I just took Tribustol. For me that's all I needed. Once you have cycled through Tribustol you can go back to them if you want. So when it comes down to it. The cost of Tribustol is less than the other supplements. So in turn. You save money by using Tribustol. Don't worry. The shelf life of powders is just about forever. So keep them in a dry dark spot, and they will be ready to use again, when you are done with the Tribustol cycle. Talking about cycle. Tribustol needs to be cycled through. It has been suggested eight weeks on, eight weeks off. Basically two bottles then take eight weeks off. This I feel to be the best. Before I learned of the cycling, I did four weeks on, one week off, four weeks on. I seemed to slip a little during this cycle. I suggest you go with there plan. Eight on, eight off. So is Tribustol worth it? Absolutely! With out a doubt. The best product out there. The best that I have ever encountered! I stake my reputation as a World class bench master, but mostly, as a Christian.

How many capsules a day did you take?
I already take a pretty comprehensive B-Complex with 2 of my main meals at 0800 & 1945, so I was thinking of 5-6 capsules a day (I am very gravity friendly) with my supplemental meals at 1100, 1500 & 1830.
Thanks

Ramsey recommends 1 capsule for each 40-50 lbs of bodyweight as a daily supplement.

Bill,
Thanks for the testimonial on Tribustol. I had good results as well albeit I don't lift near as much as you do. When I saw you last it was at the Central IL meet where I benched 280 in the 242 Masters 45-49. After that meet Ramsey got me on Tribustol and I started using the Paul Bossi Reverse Pyramid Training Method. A month later at the Iowa meet, I benched 308 in the 275 lb open class. A month after that, I benched 325 in the 308 Open class and won a World Championship!
Now I'm not saying it was all Tribustol, but I did experience similar results to what you reported. Faster recovery, less muscle fatigue, big strength gains and tons of energy! By the way, I was drug tested at the Iowa meet to make sure Tribustol was a clean drug and the tests came out negative. I know Paul also tested on Tribustol and he came out clean too. I stand by Tribustol's result and have a World Championship belt to prove it.
I know many of you will look at the cost and think it's a lot to spend. But I have thrown away 10 times that amount on supps that produce no results. My advice, go on line and buy Tribustol. It worked for me and I hope it can work for you too. If you have any questions or concerns, read the article on the RAW website and/or email Ramsey.
Thanks for your testimonial again Bill. I concur with your findings!

I did a search on it on-line. There's hardly any mention of it anywhere. I'm a born sceptic. I'd love to see more studies/research done on it.

Check out their website, I believe Ramsey is offering a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. You really have nothing to lose by giving it a try. If it doesn't work for you after a few weeks, send it back and get a refund.

The site has no working technical support/feedback/cancelation address. If you order "montly" there is no way to tell them to stop.
Even the supplied support@tribustol.com address doesn't work, emails there bounce.

Just an update.
My various emails to end subscription went unheeded. Their customer support is non-existent.
however the supplement may be, the company itself is extremely shady.

Dear Lionwithin:
Tribustol has passed drug test in sporting areas of Track/Field, NCAA Swimming, and we had the product tested under 100% Raw Powerlifting (Paul Brossi). In each respected sport the product has tested negative.
Thanks for the question.

I just purchased four bottles of this, so I can try a couple 8 week cycles. I am hoping to get similar results as others that have reported how much this has helped. Hopefully my days of throwing away money on useless supplements that promise a lot but don't deliver are over.

I have only used this for a week so far, and I am seeing the quicker recovery time. I almost feel like I could work my whole body every day (I don't, of course). I have stopped taking any other supplement other than protein, BCAAs, and I'm still giving HMB a go per DJ.
I am following the directions closely, and I have even emailed Ramsey back and forth a couple times to make sure I understood exactly how to use it for maximum gains.
I will update again when my first 8 weeks is done.

I just finished my first 8 weeks, so we will see what happens in the weight room during the 8 week off cycle. It is hard to judge how well it worked for me due to a couple of injuries that have limited me from going very heavy. I wasn't able to max out at all, but my weight for five reps went up about 30 pounds. Some of this increase is probably also due to the fact that my pain level in my shoulder is also less than it was 8 weeks ago, but this still helped quite a bit.

I just started my second cycle of this today. I am excited for this cycle since I have made progress with my neck and shoulder through physical therapy and the pain specialist burning three of my cervical nerves. I would really like to set a new PR by the end of the year.
