Started my daily routine of Tribulus. So far all I have gotten out of it is sleep. I feel this makes me more tired than ever. Not to say the benefits have not taken place. I will see after another week. Plus. The weight Gain! I cant seem to loose any weight. Just put on 6 lbs. My diet has been basically the same. I hit the tread mill almost every day for at least 3 miles of intense walking and jogging. Also I move furniture for a living. I put quit alot of weight on my back while walking several miles a day. Monday I will max out. See if there is any change in the weight. I need to be careful. RUPC is the 24th.

Also, Tribulus/Tribustol does nothing. Tribulus has been proven in clinical studies to increase testo AND estrogen in men for the first two weeks of use, and then the testo drops off while increases in estrogen remain. Dr. Bainum of IronMan has written about this a few times. In women it does increase testo and not estrogen, but only about 5 - 8%, and it must be cycled like crazy to keep the testo gains coming. Are you suggesting then. Maybe two weeks on. Two weeks off?

Definitely the only way tribulus would work is 7 - 14 days straight and then 7 - 14 days off, but again, all clinical studies show that estrogen is the major hormone that men's bodies will increase production of. The only herb to show ongoing increases in testo in men is Euryonma Longfolis - called LongJack and other nicknames. The studies show that this also must be cycled like crazy or your body will adjust to it. If you don't see a real, bona fide strength increase with tribulus after 7 - 10 days, drop it and try the Euryonma. I just bought some from SciFit (Eurycoma 1500 EX) and I'm going to try it myself. Good luck at the RUPC!

It's legal, but you should check with whatever federations you are competing in. I've heard that Ginseng is illegal in some of the federations as well. I order my supps from www.affordablesupplements.com. I am working on a new bench routine. I see that you are in the mid-400s with your bench, so if you don't mind I'll email it to you for your expert advice on fine tuning it.

Hi everyone; I believe everyone has their own routine for everyone knows their own limits and body I myself have taken advice from many and put all the advice together down the road and then break it down what will suit me. Someone's routine alone may hurt you for good. COMPO
