I have a suggestion for a routine that works when I get a little stale. For the next two weeks, squat only once every two weeks, but make the workout intense enough that you need to be helped out of the gym. I've had to start doing it again.
Aiming for a max of 425-435 lbs 3-4 months from now, here's a typical workout.
135 x 8 warmup 225 x 5 315 x 5 365 x 5 405 x 3 One or two singles, preferably with spotters and someone who knows how to call depth. On the way down: 365-385 x 5-6 (knee wraps) 315 x 6-8 (knee wraps) Depending on how I'm feeling, I'll often use knee wraps on the way up. Every fourth workout or so, I'll test where I am by warming up and going for a big single without knee wraps, then I'll put the wraps on for 2 (3 if I'm up for it) sets on the way down.
If you feel like you're stagnating, this might be worth trying.
