Form looks ok from the angle. Hips definitely drop too low. Don't need to go that low but do what comes natural. Form always looks ok when the weight is light, especially if that is your fourth set in a 5x5. Put some weight on the bar and do a form check when you are forced to stay tighter.

Need a better angle. Try to get two separate videos: From a 3oclock or 9 oclock angle, and another from a 4 oclock or 8 oclock angle. Crotch view isn't really good for critiquing.
