If any of you haven't yet seen this, go to YouTube and check it out.
This and Benny Magnuson's raw 1000lb deadlift are among the two most ridiculously amazing feats of strength any non geared-athlete has yet accomplished.
Not to be lost in all this is that Blaine Sumner (also at the Arnold, same day as Ray's huge squat) hit an 1100+lb single-ply squat. Crazy stuff.
What's craziest to me about Williams is that this dude literally stands there with over a grand on his back for a solid 10-15 seconds, and part of it's clearly mugging for the camera. His natural strength is absolutely unreal.

Blaine also the first guy to hit 900 bench in single ply at that meet.
