Woody, I hope you'll help answer this one:
Is HMB on the banned list?
I've read a couple of recent studies that show significant performance increases (at least in new lifters) and at least moderate performance increases in advanced lifters.
I'm not seriously considering taking the stuff myself, but curious to see if it's on the fed's radar in any way?

HMB is a metabolite of leucine so it is produced in our bodies. There are also significant quantities in citrus fruits and milk.
It is not on any organized watch list nor is it banned by any sports organization.

So the logic for it being legal is along the same lines as creatine. Seems fair enough. Thanks for clarifying Woody.
