Bench....Sat 6/8 135 x 6, 225 x 6, 315 x 1....L. elbow pain
new, used shirt, Phenom...nice! 405 2 board.....missed 405 2 board ...got it 405 2 board ...got it 405 1 board...got it 405 no board.....missed...L. elbow again. it kinks like it want to crack like a knuckle...and does sometimes...but the pain takes away the strength from the arm. 405 no board..missed same as above!
squat Monday 6/10 raw squats 135 x 6, 225 x 6, 315 x 6, 385 x 6, 385 x 6, 385 x 6, 405 x 6, 405 x 6 Leg press 405 x 8, 405 x 8, 405 x 8, 405 x 8 Calves 50 @ 405, 50 @ 405, 50 @ 405 leg curls 110, 120, 130, 140 x 8 sissy squat 4 x 10 abductor 4 x 12 @ 140 adductor 4 x 12 @ 140, 150, 170, 200 One of the hardest workouts in a while...did not eat to prepare fora kick donkey workout.

They'd also get read by others (and possibly commented on more often) if the poster kept a training log under the training log's sub forum, and posted all training sessions in that log, instead of starting a new thread for each training session.
Just saying.....
