With all the heavy lifting that we do in powerlifting, its important that we attempt to bring our "A" game during training as much as possible...
Sometimes we don't feel our best and our cycles certainly don't help. Having in mind that we can't afford to forfeit any training time...
What's your take: Train on it or get rid of it?

I am new to powerlifting, but have been crossfiting, backpacking and other adventures for years. I have been on a birth control that lets you only have a cycle every 3mths, I love it! Not only is it a lighter flow, but my hormones stay balanced and my family and friends all find me less moody. It makes training 100x easier. Talk to your doctor next time you have a gyno apt/pap.
