Hey all, i just started powerlifting about 3 months ago, before it was all lifting for football.
Mike Bench: 300 pause and 320 TNG Squat: Havnt maxed but got 325x3 Deadlift: Havnt maxed but got 405x5
I am currently 6'2 242lbs (14% BFP)
Im competing in the next ohio meet march 22nd, so il know everything for sure.

aint bad at all! esp the squat and deadlift are pretty dang spiffy, and the bench just comes with time and work.

broke my hand drunk 2 months ago, just gettin back into it, here r my numbers from today
age: 19 weight: 153 bench: 275 pause deadlift: 405 squat: 275 (cough) total: 955 coef: 6.24
never been to a meet, think i should try one? any suggestions for meets? im in chicago IL

well those aint too shabby at all, esp the deadlift! good to have ya aboard. i'd say those numbers are plenty good enough go to a meet with.

I'm new to powerlifting but i would like to see where i stand so maybe one of you more experienced guys could help me out Age 17 weight 140pounds Bench 170 puase parallel Squat 250 Deadlift 320 Are those results worth competing with? What are some results of people you know in my weight class?

Squat 405 Bench 315 Deadlift 535 when i looked back on this old post I'm very surprised.

Hey my name is gabe as in the description and i was wondering how and if i have a good chance at getting sponsored i just turned 15 and i am 148lb class my bench is 250 with pause squat 375 below parallel deadlift 365 and i really need to get sponsored so i can compete in bigger better meets i easily took first in cornhusker state games and i need more competition please help

Hi, I'm powerlifter from the Czech republic, 16yo, 80kg=176lbs. My the best lifts : Squat 507lbs (belt+wraps) Bench press 309lbs Deadlift only 463lbs I train 9 months and I'll go to my first competiton in raw powerlifting (federation GPC) in Czech republic.
Greg, you are really good powerlifter, have you got any videos in youtube? Train hard, feel good. Sorry for my english.

thank you for the kind words. just to put things in perspective though, i've only got you about 20 pounds on the squat, 60-70 on the bench and 75 or so on the deadlift but i outweigh you be around 40 pounds and am 2 years older, so your lifts are MUCH more impressive. i do have i youtube channel. my username is thatNUCKOLSkid but i haven't uploaded anything recently. you should start a training log here so people can advise you. biggest thing i've found is make sure you're using a routine that allows you to make progress without getting hurt. injuries have slowed my progress down a lot

My lifts arnt impressive but im pretty new to powerlifting and im workin on it, im also at a gym with just smith machines n im gettin the Hades outta there as soon as i can, anyone here from michigan? im really lookin for a partner to lift with?

where do you live in michigan? i don't live anywhere near, but i know some of the guys on elitefts do. if they took you under their wing you'd be a stud in no time. and those lifts aren't bad at all. especially the squat
