292.1 with a pause at 15 years old and 180 isn't bad at all! you need to get in a meet and break my record (305 i think, i don't even remember)! i would love to see it fall

i hit 292.1 at the world bench press championships on nov 17 and its a new world record for bench only 14/15 181
i plan on competing at the teen nationals in florida next august, a few weeks before i turn 16. ill be way over 305 by then so hopefully i can stay in the 181 weight class.

raw - my AIM sn is the same as my name on here: thatNUCKOLSkid
hit me up on there sometime and i'll talk about squat and deadlift training all you want. i would kinda outline everything on here but it would probalby come out looking like a short novel and i'm better with a Q&A type exchange anyhow.

I can shed weight and gain weight very easily, yes i know weird lol but i bounce around from like 255 to 265. It all depends on my water intake and cardio levels. Im sure i could cut more weight ha but its just all about doing it and my main focus is getting 500 on bench sometime hopefully with in the next year or so, anyone have any good benching plans that are proven to show gains? I like mine and all its just after a while my body is gonna build a tolerance...ya know...

svpowerlifter57 - i know what you're saying. george shreve has the Buckeye bench program outlined on the first page of his log. it's yielding great gains for a lot of people on here.
pender45 - my email's bballboymathgeek@yahoo.com if you have any questions about getting into meets/training/etc feel free to hit me up there and i'll set ya right

Just started powerlifting about a year ago. Always stuck with sports lifting for ice hockey, cross-country, and track & field.
Age: 19 Height: 5'10" Weight: 148# Squat: 325# Bench: 185# Deadlift: 375#
I've never been much of a bench presser since I have a long reach even for my height.
