Have been slacking off on squatting. Began coaching peewee/club wrestling and my right knee has been in pain for past few weeks, the result of hitting moves that haven't been seen in 20years and 100lbs ago.

11/8/17 Squat test 145 x 5 235 x 5 325 x 5 415 x 5
Called it after the 415. Its a mix of an unready knee and being untrained and a little gassed after even that. I am going to be using 415 for 5x5 for c.a.t. training, trying to move it as fast as possible and keeping the full 5 x 5 in 15 minutes or less. Hoping next week to do the full set and set the opening time frame, which I'm guessing will be a dismal 30 minutes, with 5-7 minute rests between sets.
